Welcome to the Clinical Review Platform
The Office of Medicaid Innovation (OMI), in partnership with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services developed an electronic Clinical Review Platform (CRP) to support state approved providers in accessing Medicaid services. The CRP provides a web-based on-line portal to simplify and streamline the submission process, modifications, and the tracking of services.
Registered and Returning Users
- Providers submitting Fee for Service (FFS) Adaptive Behavior Support (ABS) requests
- Care Coordination and Support Organizations (CCSOs) providers submitting Family Support Services and Pathways ISS/TSS requests
Clinical Review Platform Training
Register through the Medicaid Technical Assistance Center (MTAC) Learning Center for Provider, Administrator and Staff training. Training is highly encouraged to facilitate the onboarding experience and the submission process.
